Some of our services cost money. We disclose all about any fees up front. All payments to be made through the mode of payment we accept.

. Payment of taxes is your responsibility

. Delays in payment can lead to extra charges or paused services

  1. Refunds

Unless specifically mentioned in writing:

. Registration and consultation fees aren’t refundable

. Charges for used services won’t be refunded

. Refund requests will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, and only approved refunds will be processed & credited within 15 Days

To the maximum extent permitted by the law, Shagun Placement Agency is not responsible for any losses—direct or indirect—related to things like:

. Not being hired or hiring someone

.  Someone quitting or being let go after starting the job

. Anyone who lies or stretches the truth about themselves

. Issues about salary or your contract

. Losing business, money, your reputation, or profits

.  Delays in hiring that happen because of situations outside our control

If there’s a dispute about these Terms or our services provided by Shagun Placement Agency, try to resolve the matter mutually and talk it over with us first. If the dispute still can’t be resolved, it will be referred to the courts in Haryana, India.

Either side can ask the court for a quick solution if needed.
